And Feitan is cool when he fights and I also think that Feitan is the second strongest member in the Troupe after Chrollo.

For those who didn't understand Feitan's ability completely, I'm here to help you understand it better.

First of all, sword skills aside, there is a condition for Feitan's main ability to be activated: Pain Packer can only be activated once considerable damage has been applied to Feitan and not the other way around. For example, Feitan can't activate Pain Packer depending on how much damage he has applied to his enemy, but only to himself. Henceforth the name "Pain Packer" since it referrers to the damage that Feitan has been storing up.

Secondly, as Phinks mentioned, there are multiple forms to Pain Packer. Let me get something out of the way first. It's important to analyze how much damage was exactly applied onto Feitan. When Zazan transformed, Feitan attempted to strike her with Ko, but failed and took damage from a small fraction of aura from Zazan's swing although her attack ultimately failed the first time. Afterwards, Zazan started her onslaught onto Feitan and he took quite a few blows. As a matter of fact, his left forearm was broken as a result. Furthermore, Phinks and the others started to belittle him. Why is this important? Because I believe that Feitan could've accumulated more damage in order to make his Pain Packer more powerful but the taunt from his acquittances made him want to prove them wrong and as such, based on that, Feitan decided to unleash his Pain Packer.

Thirdly, since Pain Packer's is based on how much damage he took, there isn't one specific form to it. And since you won't see more of Feitan's Pain Packer (UNFORTUNATELY), it's fair to assume that it either completely works based on percentages or that it has different forms based on how certain parts of Feitan's body is damaged. Let's also assume that Pain Packer revolves around a percentage. What percentage exactly? I'm talking about Feitan's aura percentage, and since aura directly revolves around your life energy, Pain Packer, in my opinion is actually the subtraction of Feitan's current aura towards his initial one.

Allow me to explain what I'm going on about. Let's say that Feitan's aura percentage at the start of the fight was 100%. This is pretty easy to understand. Afterwards, throughout his warm-up against Zazan, let's assume that Feitan had to use 5% of his aura and as such, his aura percentage is down to 95%. Subsequently, after Zazan transformed, Feitan started to take damage and in order to guard himself he had to apply Ken (the Nen component which hardens one's body's resistance) and even then, he took quite the few damage. In other words, Feitan's aura went down to 80%, if not lower. If you want to be more realistic, I would say 60%, because I'm probably overrating Feitan, but I don't think so.

Now, since Feitan's aura percentage is at 80%, you have to take into consideration that since his aura percentage is at 80%, it means that the missing 20% is where all the damage from Zazan's attacks which resulted in Feitan's aura's subtraction will accumulated onto Pain Packer.

Pain Packer is his form based on the missing percentage, so don't confuse it for the attack that was shown. The attack was: Unforgiven: Rising Sun. Rising Sun is an ability that allows Feitan to conjure anything that remotely comes close to the damage that was inflicted to him. Of course, since his aura and overall Nen is applied, it's actually way more than that. In other words, the missing percentage of the aura from Feitan's Nen will allow him to CONJURE the attack, but the damage that will add up to Rising Sun is also included in his aura's level.

In conclusion, Feitan is extremely overpowered if you don't defeat him early on. The more an opponent drags the fight against Feitan, the worst. You don't even WANT to imagine how overpowered Feitan would be if his aura percentage went down to like, let's say... 15%. But, this also makes Feitan a bit weak in a sense, because he excels at prolonged fights. However, I assume that many do not know his actual abilities, except Phinks and some Troupe members. So, if anyone fights Feitan, they will assume that he is just a small edgy swordsman, but OH NO, HE'S WAY MORE THAN THAT.
